Chairy may receive limited information related to transactions, such as payment status, confirmation details, and partial billing information, for the purpose of facilitating the Services and maintaining transaction records.

Chairy is not responsible for payment processing errors, delays, failed transactions, chargebacks, or other issues arising from third-party payment providers.

Chairy has no obligation to monitor, verify, or investigate any User or content on the platform. All information provided by Users is self-reported. Chairy makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of such information. You acknowledge and agree that your interactions with other Users are at your own risk and that Chairy is not responsible for the conduct, actions, or omissions of any User. Any information shared with other Users is done at your own risk, and Chairy is not responsible for the misuse of such information by other Users.

  1. Data Security. We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, Chairy will provide notice as required by applicable law.
